No change for existing Clydesdale and Virgin Money customers

Applications & pipeline

New Clydesdale variable rate cases can no longer be submitted. Pipeline applications will continue to be processed as usual, with no material changes permitted, and all existing offers will be honoured.

Existing customers

We’ll continue to offer competitive product transfers through all channels. Existing Clydesdale customers don’t need to take any action, and we’ll keep supporting porting and additional borrowing.

Virgin Money

There are no changes to Virgin Money residential mortgages, continue working with your BDM as usual.
