Broker Chat is our instant messaging service that connects you quickly to our team of experienced Business Development Advisers.

You can use Broker Chat from 9.30am to 5pm on Mondays and 9am to 5pm, Tuesday to Friday (except bank holidays).

What our teams can help with

  • Tick icon Product and criteria - Pre-application questions. Due to Data Protection restrictions, Broker Chat can't be used to discuss information related to submitting a Decision in Principle, Full Mortgage Application or personal data related to clients.
  • Tick icon Registrations, login and procuration fees - Registering with Nationwide, NFI Online login issues or a question regarding the payment of procuration fees
  • Tick icon NFI Online technical support - Technical problems keying a case in NFI Online
