What to do if NFI Online is telling you that you’re locked out
To unlock your account, please reset your password by clicking the 'Forgotten password' button on the log in screen.
Registration
You'll receive an email with instructions on how to create a password once your registration has been approved. You'll then be able to login and submit cases through NFI Online.
Your NFI Online login details are your registration email address and chosen password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the 'Forgotten password' button on the login screen.
If you're looking to register with a firm you were previously registered with, you'll need to complete the registration process again if you're re‑joining that company.
Contact our Registrations team via Broker Chat for further help if:
- NFI Online states that you're not registered and you've logged in within the last 12 months
- You've forgotten your registered email address
- You're unsure whether you're registered
If you haven't used NFI Online in the last 12 months, you'll need to complete a new registration.
