Rate changes and new Homebuyer Report fees

Selected 2 year fixed and Equity Share rate changes

From tomorrow, Thursday 26 April, we're increasing selected 2 year fixed and Equity Share rates by up to 0.10%.

We're also making changes to our Homebuyer Report fees.

2 year fixed rate changes

  • 2 year fixed rates at 60% LTV with a £999 and £0 fee increased by 0.05% to 1.54% and 1.94% respectively
  • 2 year fixed rates at 75% LTV with a £999 and £0 fee increased by 0.10% to 1.59% and 1.99% respectively

Equity Share 2 year fixed rate changes

  • 2 year fixed rates at 60% LTV with a £999 and £0 fee increased by 0.05% to 1.59% and 1.99% respectively
  • 2 year fixed rates at 75% LTV with a £999 and £0 fee increased by 0.10% to 1.64% and 2.04% respectively

Existing mortgage members switching will continue to receive our £100 cashback offer.

How to reserve existing products

New Business

You can reserve existing products through NFI Online and NFI MTE until 5.00pm today, Wednesday 25 April 2018. If a product fee is being paid upfront, please note that the product is not reserved until this fee has been paid.

Paper applications must be posted to the address below with a postmark no later than Wednesday 25 April 2018.

Rate switch

You can reserve existing products through NFI Online and NFI MTE until 5.00pm, Wednesday 25 April 2018. Please note that the product is not reserved until the application has been fully submitted.

Paper applications must be emailed to intermediary.switching@nationwide.co.uk before 5pm on Wednesday 25 April 2018.

Please note new products may not show on sourcing systems immediately.

How to secure a Homebuyer Report at existing fee levels

You can secure a Homebuyer Report at the existing fee level through NFI Online or NFI MTE and NFI MTE, until 5:00pm today Wednesday 25 April. Please note that the fee is not reserved until the Full Mortgage Application has been fully submitted.
