Important information on the stamp duty land tax changes

In the Government's Autumn Statement, changes were announced to stamp duty land tax that will become effective from 1 April 2016. It's important that you and your clients are aware of these changes and the potential impact on costs involved in a purchase transaction. Read our guide to the Stamp Duty Land Tax changes.
