2, 3, 5 and 10 year fixed rates reduced by up to 0.45%

From Thursday 8 October, we're reducing our fixed rates as follows:

• 2 year fixed rates at 90% LTV reduced by 0.20%
• 3 year fixed rates between 70% and 90% LTV reduced by up to 0.30%
• 5 year fixed rates between 70% and 90% LTV reduced by up to 0.15%
• 10 year fixed rates across all LTVs reduced by up to 0.45%
• 0.10% discount for existing Nationwide borrowers still applies

How to reserve existing products

You can reserve products through NFI Online or NFI MTE until 5.00pm Wednesday 7 October 2015.

Paper applications must be faxed to 01604 852 879 before 5.00pm, or posted to the address below with a postmark no later than Wednesday 7 October 2015.
