With effect from tomorrow our valuation policy for flats and part commercial properties will change:
- Flats in blocks of more than 4 storeys must have a lift
- The suitability of a flat in the same block as commercial premises will be at the discretion of the valuer
- We'll lend to customers who intend to use their property for bed and breakfast, providing there are no more than two bedrooms allocated to paying guests
- We'll lend on converted live/work units.
