We receive a significant number of applications that don't meet our affordability criteria. Before submitting your case, don't forget to use the quick NFI affordability calculator to give you and your client an indication of how much we may be prepared to lend.
If your client is a Non-EEA Foreign National
You can submit applications via NFI Online for clients that have indefinite leave to remain in the UK. If your client doesn't have indefinite leave to remain in the UK (but has a Tier 1 or Tier 2 immigration status), please submit a paper application.
