From Monday 19 March 2012, any new cases submitted on paper application forms will be processed by our intermediary dedicated Glasgow Service Centre. Please send any new paper cases to the following address:

Paper applications sent before 19 March
For any paper cases you've placed with us before 19 March, you won't see any changes, and these will continue to be processed by our team in Northampton Service Centre.
