If you've placed a case with NFI and want to make some amends to the information please ensure you have opened the case in edit mode and not view mode.

Submitting documents to NFI
To ensure that your case is processed quickly please submit all documents in the following way:

  • Scan & Attach through NFI Online or MTE
  • Fax them to 01604 852808 using the fax header sheet (for proofs) or to 01604 852809 (for completions, COTs etc)

Alternatively you can post documents to the address below, please only do so if you're unable to scan & attach/ fax documents to us.
