We are pleased to advise that we no longer require you to certify copies of individual documents you provide to support standard mortgage applications. Our paper application forms and eServices platforms now include the following statement within the declaration certifying all documents which you enclose:
"I confirm that all documents provided, whether electronically attached or posted, are genuine copies of the original documents which have been seen by me."
