We require the applicant's Solicitor/Conveyancer to confirm to us that the scheme meets
our requirements, and it is recommended that this checked prior to the application being submitted.
Where the price is restricted, we will lend on the purchase price or valuation, whichever is the lower. For information about maximum LTV limits please see our products, loan size and maximum LTV criteria.
To help us process your client's case properly and ensure that the valuation is correctly instructed, please provide detail of any restrictions on eligibility or price in the additional information section of the application.
Applications where the property is subject to a Section 106 agreement which restricts the price at which the property can be bought and sold must be submitted to us on a paper application. This applies to both purchases and remortgages.
