Procuration Fees
Payment Dates
Procuration fees are paid by the 15th of the following month after completion.
E.g. if a case completes any time between the 1st and 31st of August; the procuration fee will be paid by the 15th of September.
Fee Queries
Once an application form has been submitted and a particular channel has been selected and stated on the application form, it is not possible for this channel to be amended.
For fee enquiries please call the procuration fee team on 08456 010763, option 2. Alternatively you can email the procuration fee team at nfisalessupport@nationwide.co.uk and you will receive a response within 48 hours.
When emailing Nationwide for Intermediaries regarding a fee, please ensure you have the 11 digit 'mortgage account number' available, as the person who is dealing with your enquiry will need this number in order to resolve the issue.
Payment Details
Please be aware that if you receive your fees via the following channels, the payment will be made to you direct from Nationwide to the bank details that you have specified when you registered.
If the channel you submit business through is not listed below, Nationwide will pay your fee to the channel selected in the application and then they will forward the payment to you.
