Changes to offer terms

Please be aware that all mortgage applications offered on or after 11 December 2008 will be valid for the following periods:

• Remortgage offers will be valid for 4 months.
• House purchase offers will be valid for 6 months. This includes applications for the following types of property: barn conversions, properties undergoing major redevelopment, new build properties (whether completed or not) and self build applications.
• Revised offers will only be valid until the expiry date of the original offer unless the security address has changed i.e. a revised offer might only be valid for a few days.
