Land over 1 acre and up to 15 acres
We will consider applications, provided the following information is confirmed by your clients at application stage:

The property is not subject to any agricultural restrictions, and
-
the applicants undertake not to use the land for any agricultural or business purposes.
Properties with land over 15 acres
Unless the case is submitted via NFI Online, preliminary approval must be given by Senior Underwriters at our service centre before an application can be processed. The following information must be submitted with the application:

Full details of the living accommodation (including agent's particulars if possible).

The total area of land.

The current and intended use of the land.
-
The number, size, and proposed use of any outbuildings.

The occupation of the applicant(s).
-
Details of any restrictions on the land or property.
