Nationwide will accept applications for properties where the tenure is Commonhold.
Paper application
Please indicate that the tenure is Commonhold in the 'other please specify' field in Q56 on the mortgage application form.On the remortgage application form, please write 'Commonhold' next to the 'tenure' question.

MTE applications
For MTE applications, please select the tenure of 'freehold' and note that the tenure is Commonhold in the additional information section.
