You can submit paper applications for certain Lending schemes. Please see below to confirm which applications can still be submitted this way. Cases must be submitted electronically whenever possible. This will speed-up offers being produced and be more beneficial to you in the long term.

Paper Process - a reminder

  • Products with no product fee will be reserved on receipt of the application form and a cheque for the non-refundable booking fee. The application form must clearly indicate that a 'no fee' product has been chosen.
  • Products with a product fee will be reserved on receipt of the application form, a cheque for the non-refundable booking fee, and the product fee.
  • Products where the product fee has been added to the loan will be reserved on receipt of the application form and a cheque for the non-refundable booking fee. The application form must clearly indicate that the product fee should be added to the loan.
  • Applications received without a cheque for the non-refundable booking fee will be returned and no product will be reserved.
  • Please remember that all paper applications should be sent to the
    Northampton Service Centre.

Please be aware that intermediaries cannot complete Transfers of Equity or Switcher applications, in these circumstances applicants should be directed to their nearest Nationwide branch.
