You can use our NFI Product Finder to find the right mortgage product for your client.

Alternatively, contact your local BDM or Dedicated Broker Support by telephone or instant message .

I want to register with NFI/update my registration details

To find out how to register with us, please visit our eservices page.

If you wish to update your address or contact information, please select ‘Manage my details’ when logged into your Nationwide account.

To update any other registration details such as your FCA number, principle or company name, please email your request to intermediary.support@nationwide.co.uk and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours. Alternatively, you can call us on 0800 545 31 31, then press option 3.

I want an update on a NFI Online/MTE case

For an instant update, simply login to NFI Online and select Case Tracking. If you’re not sure how to do that, visit our help pages for NFI Online.

You can also give us a ring and speak to somebody.

For cases that are pre full mortgage application, call 0800 545 31 31. Then choose from the following options:

  • Option 1 for products and criteria
  • Option 4 for system support help

For cases that are post full mortgage application, call 0800 464 3000. Then choose from the following options:

  • Option 1 for fax and address details
  • Option 2 for NFI Online/MTE updates
  • Option 3 for paper applications
I want to talk to somebody about a DIP and case changes

Call 0800 464 3000 to talk to somebody about a DIP or to change any case details.

I want to talk to somebody about a large loan application

Our dedicated large loan unit are based in Glasgow. They can answer any large loan enquiries and also service large loan applications (£500,000 to £2,000,000).
